Great chili rellanos made simple and not so fattening

Recipe Ingredients for CHILE RELLANO BAKE

1 cup shredded chedder cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
27 ounces green chilis(1 large can)
2/3 cup evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 tbsp flour

Recipe Directions for CHILE RELLANO BAKE

  1. Directions:Preheat oven to 350

  2. Wash and remove seeds on chilis, then in cassarole dish layer chilis and cheese, continue layering until all chilis and cheese

  3. Beat eggs and set aside. Beat milk and flour , then mix with eggs. Pour mixture over chilis and cheese. Bake 35 minutes or until light golden brown. I usually heat up green chili enchilada sauce and spoon over each serving.
