3 3/4 cups kidney beans
57 oz tomato juice
5 jalapeno peppers
1/2 cup onions

  1. Brown 1.25 lbs ground turkey

  2. heat kidney beans, tomato juice onion and peppers to boil

  3. Add ground Turkey

  4. let simmer for 1 - 1.5 hours on medium low heat
