I saw this recipe on cooks.com and modified it a little bit to me lower in calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Chile & egg casserol

1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
5 eggs
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp baking soda
7 oz green chiles

Recipe Directions for Chile & egg casserol

Combined all the ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well. Spread into a greased glass baking pan. Cook for about 30-35 minutes at 350 or until cooked all the way through.
