Recipe Ingredients for Chile Cheese Egg Casserole

3 cups egg beaters
1/2 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp baking powder
14 oz diced green chiles
4 cups low fat cottage cheese
12 oz 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Chile Cheese Egg Casserole

Beat egg beaters in a large bowl. Stir in flour, baking powder, chiles, cheeses, salt and pepper--to taste. Mix well. Pour egg mixture into GREASED 9X13in baking pan. Bake for 15mins at 400 deg preheated oven. Reduce heat to 350 deg and bake 35-40 mins or until casserole is set.
