Recipe Ingredients for Chile Cheese Casserole

14 oz green chiles
8 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded
6 eggs
1 c heavy cream
1/2 c half and half
1 t lite salt
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Chile Cheese Casserole

Preheat to 330. Grate cheeses. Mix eggs, cream and salt in large bowl. Spray 8 X 11.5 casserole with nonstick. Layer one can green chiles in bottom. Top with all of the pepper jack ( and add browned chicken breast if using). Layer other can of chiles on top. Pour egg mixture over this and spread cheddar on top. Back at 330 for about 50 min or until browned on top and knife in middle comes out clean.
