8 corn tortillas
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/4 cup ricotta cheese

Recipe Directions for chilaquilas

better if used fat tortillas. fill tortilla with cheese, fold in half. Beet egg whites until stiff, mix egg yolk delicately and wrap tortillas with this mixture. deep fry them and drain escess oil with paper towel.
