1 cup Spinach
0.25 cup Tomato Products
1 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for chiken roll

  1. flaten chiken breast to get as thin as possible.

  2. place cheese and spinach and roll

  3. top with tomato suce

  4. bake at 350 for 20 minutes or so
