Recipe Ingredients for Chiken Pesto w/mushrooms & tomatoes

4 oz Kirkland Basil Pesto
8.9 ounce Mushrooms, Portabella
4.2 oz Mushrooms
14.5 oz Organic Tomatoes
2.2 oz Celery
0.7 oz Garlic
2.2 oz Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Penne Rigate Pasta
1/8 box Penne
0.5 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 oz Sherry Cooking Wine Regina
20 oz Chicken

Recipe Directions for Chiken Pesto w/mushrooms & tomatoes

Brown cubed chicken after spinkling with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, cilantro. Deglaze with a dash of wine. Remove from pan. Add olive oil and brown garlic, add onions. If they start to brown too much add water. Add mushrooms. When cooked through, add a can of diced tomatoes and reduce liquid by half. Cook pasta until done. When liquid is reduced, add pesto, pasta and cooked chicken. Toss and serve
