Recipe Ingredients for chiken and mushrooms

16 ounces mushrooms
1 small onion
10 ounces chicken
1 salt and pepper
2 tsp. olive oil

Recipe Directions for chiken and mushrooms

  1. slice mushrooms, heat fry pan and add 1 tsp of olive oil. Add sliced mushrooms and sautee til nice and browned.

  2. cut up chicken into bite size pieces

  3. Remove mushrooms from pan, and add chicken

  4. brown til cooked through and remove

  5. add 1 tsp. olive oil and add sliced onions cook til carmilized

  6. Add mushrooms and chicken back in with onions

  7. Salt and pepper to taste
