I'm messing around with trying a peanut sauce stirfry that doesn't eat up all the cals...

Recipe Ingredients for chicvegstirfry

8 spears (1/2" base) Asparagus
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 serving Bok Choy
1 carrot Carrots
1.5 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 serving Green Onion
1 clove Garlic
0.25 cup Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp Peanut Butter, Chunk Style
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 miniature box (.5 oz) Raisins, Seedless
25 peanut Peanuts, All Types, Dry-roasted
1 oz Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Not Sweetened
1 cup Rice Noodles, Cooked

Recipe Directions for chicvegstirfry

Stirfried the veggies with precooked chiken (George Forman grill). Did add some basil and hot chili to the fry at the end.
