Recipe Ingredients for Chicks Chicken

2 Medium Tomatoes
4 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Can Chick Peas
3 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tbsp Pure US Grade A Clover Honey
2.5 oz Crumbled Feta
1/4 cup Cilantro
5 clove Garlic
1 medium raw Onion Red
2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
6 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Cayenne
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Chicks Chicken

  1. 2 tablespoons cooking oil

  2. 5 chicken breasts

  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  4. 1/2 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper

  5. Sautee chicken until almost cooked then add :

  6. 1 onion, cut into thin slices

  7. 5 garlic cloves

  8. 1cup of mushrooms sliced

  9. After mushrooms are looking cooked and onion is translusent add:

  10. 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  11. 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

  12. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne

  13. 2 cups of water

  14. 3 carrots coined

  15. After carrots are tender, about 7 minutes, add:

  16. 1 2/3 cups drained and rinsed canned chickpeas (one 15-ounce can)

  17. 1/2 cups cilantro chopped

  18. 1 lime juiced

  19. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes and Woo Hoo Dinner!
