1/2 cup dry brown rice
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 1/2 cups chick peas
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 tbsp coriander
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/8 cup lemon juice
