Recipe Ingredients for Chickpeas w/ Garlic and Kalamatta Olives

3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
31 ounce chickpeas, rinsed
1 fruit+2-1/8"+dia lemon

Recipe Directions for Chickpeas w/ Garlic and Kalamatta Olives

  1. Using a food processor, finely chop the garlic, add the olives and pulse until coarsely chopped.

  2. In a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic-olive mixture and stir-fry until softened, 3 to 4 minutes. Add the chickpeas and cook until heated through. Add the lemon juice and serve.
