Dry roasted chickpeas or garbanzo beans

Recipe Ingredients for chickpeas crispy

2 cups Chickpeas
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for chickpeas crispy

  1. Wash thoroughly and drain.

  2. Put on a lightly oiled baking sheet in one layer.

  3. Heat for 15 minutes in oven at 350 deg. Take out and add seasoning.

  4. Again grill in oven for 30 - 35 minutes till crisp.

  5. (Can use any other seasoning too)
