Delicious and vegan, barring the Pam, which can easily be substituted.

Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea and Sweet Potato Burgers

3 tablespoons Tahini
335 grams Chick Peas
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweetpotato
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Chickpea and Sweet Potato Burgers

  1. Preheat Oven to 375

  2. In food processor, blend Tahini and Chick Peas

  3. Grate Sweet Potato and Onion

  4. Mix Tahini/Chick Pea blend with Grated Onions and Sweet Potato

  5. Add in salt, and baking powder, mix well. (add any other seasoning you might like!)

  6. Bake for 20 -25 minutes turning once.
