Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea Stew

9 serving (Great Value) All Natural Crushed Tomatoes
2 serving (Hannaford) Cut Leaf Spinach
2 clove Garlic
1 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
2 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Chickpea Stew

Heat oil over medium, add garlic and onion until translucent. Add tomatoes and stir until pasty. Add chickpeas and salt to taste with herbs such as thyme and parsley. Add cup of water and the spinach. Simmer 30 minutes.
