1 large carrot
1 stalk celery
1 onion
400 g chick peas
1 liter vegetable broth
1 medium potato
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chickpea soup

  1. carrots, onion, celery with oil in pan for a few minutes

  2. boil potatoes and onion in broth

  3. add chick peas to pan

  4. add all to broth

  5. cook till soft

  6. add qualche spezie

  7. frullare
