Chickpea Smash - Better than tuna fish

Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea Smash

2 cup Chickpeas
2 stalks Celery Hearts
1/2 onion
3 tbs Mayonnaise, vegan
1/2 tsp Mustard

Recipe Directions for Chickpea Smash

  1. Chop chickpeas in a food processeor and then place in a bowl

  2. Chop onion, celery, and 1/2 a pickle in food processor

  3. Add to chickpeas

  4. Add Veganaise and stir
