Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea Salad

1 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
2 tbsp olive oil
15 oz garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed
1/3 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
3 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp capers
2 plum tomatoes, seeds removed, chopped

Recipe Directions for Chickpea Salad

In a bowl, mix mustard, inegar, garlic, cumin and oil. Add chickpeas, olives, parsley, capers and tomatoes. Mix well.
