Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea Salad

15 ounce (1 can) garbanzo beans, drained
1 small onion, diced (optional)
1 medium cucumber, diced and peeled
1 small tomato, chopped
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 salt to taste
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Chickpea Salad

In a medium bowl combine chickpeas, onion, cucumber, tomato, red wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar. Mix well and serve.
