Recipe Ingredients for chickpea salad

2 c chickpeas, cooked
1 c red onion, minced
1/2 c tomatoes
1/2 c green peppers
3 T cider vinegar
3 T garlic, minced
2 T lemon juice
2 T parsley
2 t olive oil
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper

Recipe Directions for chickpea salad

Combine all ingredients. Cover and refridgerate overnight, stirring occasionally.
