Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea Salad

8 ounce chickpeas, mashed (garbanzo beans)
1 tablespoons Low-Fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons yellow onion, finely chopped
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Chickpea Salad

  1. In a medium bowl, combine mashed chickpeas, mayonnaise, mustard, relish, chopped green onions, salt, pepper, and yellow onion (if desired).

  2. Mix well.
