a healthy & refreshing summer soup

Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea and Red Pepper Soup

240 g chickpeas
100 g water
4 sweet red peppers
5 tbsp paprika
5 g red chilli pepper
350 g soy milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
15 g pine nuts
6 tsp sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Chickpea and Red Pepper Soup

  1. blend all but the sesame seeds in a food mixer

  2. chill

  3. serve with 1tsp sesame seeds per serving
