4 scallions
1 cup arugula
2 red peppers
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

In a medium bowl combine the chickpeas, scallions, arugula, red peppers, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Ready to eat :)
