1 clove garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
19 oz canned tomato
19 oz chickpeas
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp oregano
2 cups spinach
6 pita

Recipe Directions for Chickpea pita

  1. Chop veggies

  2. Add chickpeas

  3. Simmer 20 Min

  4. Add spinach

  5. Salt and pepper to taste
