Very light when cook--great sub for fried falafel

Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea patties

1 Can Chick Peas
1 large Egg, White
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
0.13 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats

Recipe Directions for Chickpea patties

  1. blend all ingredients together

  2. place in 6ths on cookie sheet--will be goopy

  3. bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes
