Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea patties

1 tbsp olive oil
1 med. onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
620 g chickpeas,canned
1/4 c sunflower seeds
1/2 c parsley,finely chopped
2 eggs, large
2/3 c whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for Chickpea patties

  1. Fry onion and garlic in olive oil, add spices if you want to (corriander, cumin)

  2. On a side blend chickpeas, sunflower seeds and parsley.

  3. Mix all the ingredients with the egg and the flour and fry in shallow oil.
