Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea orzo salad

1 cup uncooked orzo
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
2 ounces feta cheese
1/4 cup fresh dill
16 oz
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon water
1 garlic clove

Recipe Directions for Chickpea orzo salad

  1. Cook pasta according to package direction

  2. Drain and rinse with cold water; drain.

  3. Combine pasta, onions, cheese, dill, and chickpeas in a large bowl, tossing gently to combine.

  4. Combine juice and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Drizzle over pasta mixture; toss gently to coat.
