20 grams Cilantro

Recipe Directions for Chickpea omelette

  1. Mix 30g of chickpea flour with chopped onions and chopped cilantro.

  2. Add water to make aslightly runny batter.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Heat a skillet and lightly grease it.

  5. Pour the batter into the skillet and cover. Flip when golden brown to cook both sides.
