907 7/10 grams Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
30 grams Mayonnaise Style Dressing Low Fat
1 tsp(5 g) Frenchs Mustard Classic Yellow
4/5 grams Salt, Table
2/5 grams Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Chickpea Mash Salad

  1. Drain and rinse 1 28oz can of chickpeas.

  2. In large bowl, mash chickpeas with a fork.

  3. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper - combine.

  4. Serve on whole wheat bread or tortilla with lettuce, shredded carrots, or cheese - or on its own!
