Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea Masala

25 grams curry paste
19 ounces chick peas
2 cups skim milk
1/2 yellow pepper
1 large zucchini
5 small mushrooms
1 large carrot

Recipe Directions for Chickpea Masala

  1. Cook paste according to instructions on packet.

  2. Add pepper, zucchini, mushroom, and carrot. Stir fry for about 3 minutes.

  3. Add milk, bring to a boil.

  4. Simmer and cook for about 30 minutes.
