3/4 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons diced fresh mushrooms
3/4 clove garlic, chopped
20 grams kidney beans
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoons curry powder
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 egg whites
1 teaspoons vegetable oil

  1. fry onion n mushroom set aside

  3. stir in mushrooom and onion

  4. mix herbs and blend well

  5. roll in balls
