Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea-Edamame Burgers

1 1/2 cup Edamame Soybeans Shelled
1 1/2 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
2 tbsp Sesame Butter, Tahini, From
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
1 dash Pepper, Black
1/2 cup Rice Flour, White
1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Chickpea-Edamame Burgers

  1. Steam edamame until soft.

  2. Blend everything in food processor. Form into 8 patties and bake at 350 F for 20 min.
