Delicious basic veggie curry; get creative!

Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea Curry

2 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
1 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/2 cup, chopped Kale
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
2 clove Garlic
1 cup, diced Celery
1 tbsp Green Curry Paste
3 tsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Seed
2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
3 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for Chickpea Curry

  1. Begin cooking rice.

  2. Sautee onions, then carrots and celery, then red pepper in olive oil. Finally, add garlic and spices.

  3. Mix in chick peas and curry paste, and presto! All adds up to simple quick curry.
