Chickpeas, or garbanzo beans are nutritious and yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea Curry

1 tsp olive oil
1 cup onion
1/2 tsp garlic
1 1/2 tsp ginger
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
4 cups tomato
1 1/2 tsp sugar
3 cups chickpeas
1 1/2 cups spinach
1 1/2 cups cauliflower
1/2 tsp garam masala

Recipe Directions for Chickpea Curry

  1. fry onions in oil

  2. add all ingredients up to tomatoes and cook for 2 mins

  3. stir in tomatoes and sugar, cook on low heat for 10 min

  4. add the rest of the ingredients, and simmer for 10 mins

  5. Serve
