Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea Curry

7 oz coconut milk
4 oz frozen spinach
5 oz Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
4 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp ginger
1 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Chickpea Curry

  1. Put chickpeas and coconut milk in a pan on medium heat

  2. Stir in curry powder, ginger, and salt

  3. Add frozen spinach, continue stirring until thoroughly heated.

  4. Serve over brown rice or rice noodles.
