A protein filled, wholesome, quick curry dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea Curry

1 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
1 Pot Yoghurt
2 cup Spinach
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 large raw Zucchini
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Turmeric, Ground

Recipe Directions for Chickpea Curry

Soak chickpeas overnight. In a deep pan braise onion and garlic, add courgette and sautee, last add spinach. Bring together yoghurt chickpeas and turmeric and season to taste then leave to simmer for 15 mins. Serve with rice, coucous, or flat bread.
