Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea and chorizo soup

1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 large Onions
4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
4 serving Garlic Cloves
500 grams Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
400 grams Tomato Products
1 tsp Chicken Stock

Recipe Directions for Chickpea and chorizo soup

Cook onion celecry and garlic on a gentle heat with the lid on until soft. Add chickpeas (with their liquid), chopped tomatoes and stock. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 20 mins. while simmering add the spinach and cook for one minute. Serve in big warm bowls. (to add some spice cook some hot chorizo before the oninos)
