Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea Cauliflower Curry

2 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
265 grams Cauliflower
3 medium Onions
4 clove Garlic
1 tsp Ginger Root
6 tsp Cumin
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 serving Smart Eating Tomato Spaghetti Sauce (Korea)

Recipe Directions for Chickpea Cauliflower Curry

  1. Boil cauliflower

  2. Fry onions, garlic, and ginger in 1 tsp canola oil. Then add cumin and oregano.

  3. Add cauliflower and chickpeas. Add crushed tomato and tomato saunce.

  4. Add water. Simmer for 10 mins.
