Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea Burger by Sillier

260 g chickpeas, cooked, crushed
90 g butternut squash, cooked, mashed
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp coriander, fresh, chopped
1 tsp ginger, fresh, chopped
2 tsp curry powder
30 g peanut butter
50 g mushrooms, chopped
1 egg, small
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chickpea Burger by Sillier

  1. Mix all ingredients together except oil

  2. Fry gently on both sides for 15mins until golden brown all over
