Vegetarian burgers - not quite like falafels

Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea Burger

200 grams Chickpeas
15 grams Oat Bran
2 large Egg, Whole
2 tbsp Parsley
1 stalk, small (5" long) Celery
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Chickpea Burger

The night before cooking, soak chickpeas in water. When ready, pour water off the peas, and put them in a blender. Make puree of the chickpeas (add a tiny amount of water, if needed). Add eggs and seasoning too. Stir in oats, then leave for about an hour. Make small burgers with a tablespoon and fry them in a heavy-based pan.
