A variation on the black bean brownie. These are delicious and nutritious! Play them up with add-ins like raisins, carob chips, nuts... recipe found at http://www.livelaugheat.com

Recipe Ingredients for Chickpea Blondies

3 1/2 serving Chick Peas
3 large Egg, White
0.33 cup Old Fashioned Oats
2 tbsp Brummel
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
4 tbsp Blue Agave
2 tablespoons Peanut Butter Crunchy
4 tbsp Org. Brown Flaxseed Meal
1 dash Salt, Table
1/2 large banana

Recipe Directions for Chickpea Blondies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Place chick peas and eggs in a food processor/Magic Bullet/blender and grind until mixture reaches a batter consistency

  3. Add remaining ingredients (besides ground flax seed) and continue to grind

  4. Transfer mixture into a mixing bowl and stir in ground flax seed

  5. Pour batter into a greased 1117 baking pan

  6. Bake for 22-25 minutes at 350 degrees F

  7. After blondies cool down, cut into 12 squares. Enjoy!
