Recipe Ingredients for "Chick'n" Stir Fry

4 scallopini Gardein Chick'n Scallopini
8 cup Meal-Ready Sides Vegetables
6 cup Brown Rice
1 serving Sesame Oil
4 tbsp Veri Veri Teriyaki

Recipe Directions for "Chick'n" Stir Fry

  1. Heat oil in pan on medium-high heat. Sautee chopped bite size "chick'n" scallopini until slightly browned. Add stir fry vegetables and cook until slightly tender. Add teriyaki sauce and toss stir fry until well coated. Cook until desired doneness for vegetables.

  2. Serve over boil-in-bag rice. Follow directions on the box.

  3. Serves 6.
