Recipe Ingredients for Chick'n Pea Patties

2 cups canned chick peas
2 tbsp tahini
4 whole wheat crackers, crushed
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
1 tsp poultry seasoning

Recipe Directions for Chick'n Pea Patties

  1. Mash chick peas. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Add more lemon juice if needed.

  2. Form into patties with your hands. Fry in a lightly oiled pan.
