Vindaloo Chicken Curry - you can add broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes and/or apples

Recipe Ingredients for Chickn Curry

1 cup(158 g) Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 serving Fat Free Yogurt Plain

Recipe Directions for Chickn Curry

  1. Heat pan to med-high and add oil,

  2. Dice and add onion to pan.

  3. Add Vindaloo paste and curry powder

  4. Cut chicken in 2 inch pieces and add to pan.

  5. Sear chciken and then addd tomatoes and mushroom (do not drain) add water to your liking.

  6. Lower heat to low and simmer 30 minutes.

  7. Add ypogurt and stire right before serving.

  8. Serve over rice.
