5 oz crumbled Chicken, ground, crumbles, cooked, pan-browned
1 oz Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon Soybean oil

Recipe Directions for Chickenballs

  1. Season Ground Chicken with Seasoning of your choice

  2. Lightly dust with whole wheat flour

  3. Saute in skillet with soybean oil

  4. Makes 5 -7 chicken balls
