A little high in sodium, but better than what you get in a restaurant.

Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Yakisoba

1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
6 oz chicken breast, boneless skinless - cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 onion, sliced lengthwise into eighths
4 cups napa cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 carrot, shredded
3 oz ramen noodles, plain, cooked and drained

Recipe Directions for Chicken Yakisoba

In a pan, heat the oil, and add onion and carrot. Stir fry 1 - 2 minutes. Add garlic and stir fry 30 seconds. Add chicken and cook till heated through, then add noodles, and cabbage. Stir fry till heated through. Toss and serve.
