Recipe Ingredients for Chicken wrap

2 tortillas
1 cup butter lettuce
1 cup spinach, raw
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup chicken breast, cubed

Recipe Directions for Chicken wrap

  1. Use 1 12-inch whole wheat flour tortilla, not 2 6-inch tortillas.

  2. Put lettuce, spinach, red pepper, and cubed chicken in tortilla. Drizzle with 2 tbsp salad dressing (add to food log separately). Roll up and eat!
