4 med carrots
1/2 cup dry wild rice
4 cups fresh spinach
1/2 lb crimini mushrooms
1/2 lb broccoli
2 cloves garlic
4 Bouillon Cubes
3 lb chicken
4 cups chicken broth
28 oz diced tomatoes
1 lb kidney beans


Recipe Directions for Chicken and Wild Rice Super Food Stew

  1. Add ingredients to the slow cooker in the same order as above. For example, place carrots on the bottom, followed by rice, spinach, mushrooms, broccoli, garlic, vegetable bouillon, chicken, tomatoes and lastly beans.

  2. Time: 5-8 hours

  3. Temp: Low

  4. Recommended slow cooker size: 5 quarts
