2 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
1 medium Carrots
2 leek Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
1/2 cup Wild Rice
1/2 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain
6 oz Fresh Chicken Breast Tenders
1 tsp, ground Thyme, Dried
1/2 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black
42 oz Chicken 33% Less Sodium Broth Rtsb
10 3/4 oz Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
10 3/4 oz Cream of Mushroom Soup

Recipe Directions for Chicken & Wild RIce Stew

  1. In a 3.5 to 6-quart slow cooker place mushrooms, carrots, leeks, wild rice and brown rice. Add chicken, thyme, rosemary, and pepper. Pour chicken broth over mixture.

  2. Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or on high-heat for 3.5-4 hours. Stir in soups 30 minutes before serving.
